Never have an issue with the app nor at any fuel stations. The discounts are always applied and I have options to go to other locations. Every time I compare the discounts from popular fleet cards against mudflap, mudflap has always had better fuel discounts. Their coverage keeps expanding, so that tells me they are thinking about us drivers. The additional features such as truck navigation, downloadable purchase records, etc are a plus.

Initially confused by the delay in the fuel discount. Your receipt at the pump shows the pump price. When you look at your debit card transaction, however, the discount was applied. You sometimes have to drive a couple miles out of the way for the lowest prices but I recently saw a difference of $0.85/gallon for diesel at two stations within 10 miles. Taking the detour to use the app for 70 gallons of diesel saved me almost $60.00.

Thanks for the review, Paul! Discounts are instant, but you're right: you'll see the pump price on your truck stop receipt and your Mudflap savings will show on your Mudflap receipt, in the app, + in your bank records. Glad to hear about those savings! If there's a closer stop you'd like to see on Mudflap, let us know and we'll see what we can do!

Free!! Doesn't ever ask me to pay to get directions anywhere. That alone should get you to download this app. However, it doesn't understand "truck entrance" - at every destination it takes me straight to the building, or tells me to turn at the visitor/employee entrance. I know the app's focus is on fuel savings, however it would be nice to see larger truck stops listed, mostly for finding parking along route.

Hi Sarah, thanks for the thoughtful review! We’re glad you’re enjoying the free navigation and fuel savings. You’re absolutely right that getting to the correct truck entrance matters, and we’ll pass that feedback along to our team. Give us a call at 1-888-885-3835 if there's anything else we can help with.
