App provided discounted pricing after entering specific search criteria on hotels within geographic areas. I booked two nights initially and at the last minute one day prior to check in, I had to book one more night. I called prior to booking the extra night to check if I could stay in the same room and was told to contact the hotel directly. After calling the hotel, I was told I could stay in the same room as long as I advised at the time of initial check-in. It worked great. Thank you so much!

I've been a memeber for a couple months now. ive had a mixed experience. While you will save on your bookings using the membership there is a discrepancy in cost if you use the app. It is less expensive to search your hotel through your Maps app and then use the link to super. Youll get your membership perks but you'll save more money than if youd simply gone through the super app. Simply booking through the app will cost more. Also customer service is very unsatisfactory.

Thanks for the thorough feedback, glad the membership perks have been useful. Pricing can vary based on how a booking is accessed, and that's worth a closer look on our end. Customer service falling short isn't the experience we want — live chat is open 24/7 if anything comes up again.

love the discounts, and deals. my only concern is that there are way too many errors made what the description of the same room he had four different prices for some reason this has been an ongoing issue for a while now and then mention it several times to customer service but they don't seem to care too much about the issue at all. it's unfortunate because the app itself is very useful I found a great deals and use it quite often however it would be nice to not feel like I was being scammed to
