This used to be a good app. I am a premium member, and I can not log in anymore. I have contacted support. They are asking for a screenshot shot of my account. Every time I send it in, they block the image and tell me the email was empty. They just keep sending me the same email asking for a screenshot of my account. Broken record. Support tells me my account does not exist, but if I try to recreate the account the app says my account exists. Such a shame.

Used to be very useful. I've had this app since before Outside purchased and since the purchase it has gotten absurdly expensive and way worse functionally. For the past months I've barely been able to use the app from it freezing and other weird bugs. It wouldn't download the maps I needed for my adventures. I had to rely on other people's gps and traditional printed topos. Now it constantly crashes. The app has only gone downhill from the acquisition and I probably will be switching.

For someone that's 66 years old setting up a new account is ridiculous. to input my date of birth I'd have to hit the little calendar back button 798 times to get to the correct year and month. This proves that the website lacks functionality and ease of use would not happen if they give so little thought to just setting up an account. App deleted.
