Make room for what matters, one clear decision at a time.
Clutterleaf helps you find duplicates and large files, review what takes up space and remove only what you choose. Select a folder or, on Android 11+, scan accessible shared storage with optional All files access. Review results and confirm before removing anything.
FIND A STARTING POINT
Review exact duplicates, large files, older APK installers and screenshots. Compare identical files and choose which copy to keep. Similar-photo and possible-blur suggestions are estimates to review, not proof that a photo should be deleted. Protect important files and folders from cleanup suggestions.
PREVIEW, THEN DECIDE
Preview supported images and open supported files in another app. Nothing is selected for automatic deletion. Compare a folder with its previous completed scan to spot new or larger files, and review your cleanup history.
LOCAL TRASH, CLEAR LIMITS
Move supported files to local trash and restore them before permanent deletion. Restoration needs folder access and creates a new document without overwriting an existing one. Trash still uses storage until emptied. Uninstalling Clutterleaf or clearing its app data also deletes its trash copies. Restore anything you need first. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
REVIEW APPS AND CACHE
Optional Usage Access lets you view available app usage and cache information. Open Android settings to manage each app. On Android 11+, All files access also lets Clutterleaf request Android's system cache-cleanup confirmation. Android controls the result; full private-cache cleanup is not guaranteed. System cache cleanup bypasses Clutterleaf's trash and file protection rules. Granting permission alone does not scan or delete files.
LOCAL ANALYSIS AND DATA CONTROLS
File analysis stays on your device; file names, contents and detailed scan results are not uploaded. No account is needed and there are no in-app ads.
YOU CHOOSE THE SCOPE
Scans exclude other apps' private data, Android/data, Android/obb and inaccessible locations. Exact-duplicate discovery has no fixed file-count or folder-depth limit; access errors may prevent complete results. Visual suggestions inspect up to 500 supported images. Screenshots are suggested by filename. Cancel a scan without deleting files or replacing its previous complete result.
Optional local low-storage reminders never scan or delete files. External apps and cloud document providers have their own data practices.
Review duplicates, photos and large files. Choose what stays and what goes.
