Hi Justin! We’re happy to help. You may have signed up for the Acrobat Pro subscription, billed monthly. The cancellation fee applies because the monthly payments are discounted in exchange for a one-year commitment. You can review our refund & cancellation policy here [adobe.ly/CancellationTerms]. I love Adobe Acrobat, as I use it for everything that needs to be in pdf format (jpg, too). It's concise, easy to use, organize files, transfer, share, and access later. Many of its services are free, but, as with many services these days, it does require a subscription for editing documents. I highly recommend it, whether you're a student, professional, or just manage a lot of data (who doesn't?)!

Does not save worded texts. This app is completely useless if it will randomly close out the document that is being worked on and not save it and added text boxes added. You cannot imagine the frustration of working on a document for 30 minutes then hitting the checkmark only for the app to bug out and say "This document cannot be saved". what the hell is that????

Hi Luis! We’re really sorry to hear about this😔. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose your work. Could you please let us know if this happens with all PDFs or only specific files, & whether they’re stored locally or in the cloud? Please share more details at [acrobat-android-support@adobe.com] so our developers can investigate. ^VK
