I use the app a lot and love it. The exception is that practically every item with the 로켓배송 comes in it's own box. It's not bad when it's 1-2 items but if you are ordering a lot because you cant go out or are moving and need to restock, it's annoying. Also, a lot of scams with no repercussions to the scam vendors. Items with English names are always significantly more expensive than if you search for the same thing in Korean. Also, not very foreigner friendly. If you know a basic amount of Korean and are willing to put in the time to translate stuff, it's fine and navigable. But for more specific things, even with translating, no English makes things difficult.

It's very useful and imazing app for online purchases but just for those who know the Korean language, the developers should update it English version also, because the foreigners who are living in korea they don't know how to use it , because the issue is just language barrier 🚧, we strongly recommend them to launch in English Version. Otherwise it's very frustrating for the peoples who are not familiar to korean language, they just waste their time ..
