Wild Castle: Tower Defense TD

Base game is pretty solid but you don't get to play as there are back to back events which occur every 4 days that take up your time Sure you don't have to play them but then you miss out on necessary items. During the events you quickly hit a pay wall as you can't proceed without spending money so they expect you to pay money every 4 days. It's non invasive with ads which is nice but the expectation to spend money is overbearing. Played for a couple weeks and then lost interest soon after

Came back to edit my last rating. From 5 to 2 stars. I paid the money to remove the ads... That's only beginning. Later in the game it becomes about FOMO. They throw so many different events at you and they are all timed for very short durations. There is absolutely no way that you can do well in an event without spending money. EVERY DANG THING REQUIRES MONEY! Seriously this is why mobile games have such a bad reputation. To the developers, you got my money. No more. Uninstall.

first off, the game is actually fun and to play and can be addicting. There's a lot of stuff to collect and the event is actually hard. The problem is they always have an event one after another, every week or so. These events come with their own battle pass, new hero, hero tokens to upgrade, its own currency etc. All of which is separate from the main game. Even if you bought the event pass, you can lose all of the event items if you don't spend more money to upgrade your hero to a certain lvl.
