Jeffrey Dollmer

Before his capture by police in 1991, serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer performs a ritual where he tries to transfer his spirit into a doll. Now in present day, the doll, long held in evidence by the police, is thrown out onto the street. When its "spirit" is accidentally summoned again, the doll latches on to a fresh young model and begins stalking competitors and others on a remote photo shoot.
